The general nursing and midwifery program is a designed to prepare students for career as registered nurses and midwives .it equipped individual with the fundamental knowledge and practical skill needed for various healthcare settings including hospital clinics and community Health Center. - PEO1: Produce knowledgeable competent nurses and midwives with clear critical thinking skills who arecaring, motivated, assertive and well- disciplined responding to the changing needs of profession healthcare delivery system and society.
- PEO2: Prepare them to assume responsibilities as professional, competent nurses and midwives in providing promoting, preventive, curative and rehabilitative health care services in any healthcare settings.
- PEO3: Prepare nurses and midwives who can make independent decisions in nursing situation within the scope of practice, protect the rights of individuals and groups and conduct research in the areas of nursing practice and apply evidence based practice.
- PEO4: Prepare them to assure role of practitioner, teacher, supervisor and manager in all Heathcare settings.
